for over a year, photographer evan purdy and writer molly maltman travelled across different spaces of dance – from underground raves, to the streets, to bedrooms. no matter the space, the feeling of dance remained the same. it became a meditation, a way of getting closer to a sense of understanding. the book documents the inner transformations that happen while dancing through the photographs and fragmented poetry.
